Rates do not include a 6.5% Florida Sales Tax and 4% Manatee County Resort Tax.

Las Palmas rates are based upon 6-person occupancy.  There is an additional person charge of $10 per day.  Maximum occupancy for Las Palmas is 8.

Brisas del Mar rates are based upon 6-person occupancy.  Maximum occupancy for Brisas del Mar is 6. 

Palmas del Coco rates are based upon 4-person occupancy and maximum occupancy for Palmas de Coco is 4 people.

Credit Card Payments Accepted Through PayPal.

Reservation/Security Deposit:

A damage/reservation deposit of $300 for weekly rentals and $500 for monthly rentals is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided there is no damage to the property (full terms are provided in the Rental Agreement). 

Cancellations:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation for weekly rentals.  Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival
date will incur no penalty. Cancellations, or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days and no less than thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit unless the unit is re-booked for the same period and then a 10% administration fee is deducted from the advance payment and deposit. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of arrival date forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.  Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
