Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, Las Palmas is a ground level unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths that will comfortably sleep 6, but can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Ultra clean and well appointed, the Villa has gleaming hardwood floors throughout the living spaces and new ceramic tile in the kitchen and both bathrooms. It is has central air and heating and there are ceiling fans in every room.
The new fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave,
ice maker, garbage disposal, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes
and utensils for 8, wine glasses, cookware and outdoor dining dishes.
There are new queen beds in the Master and guest bedrooms as well
as 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. There is also a new queen size
sleeper sofa in the living room. All 3 bedrooms and the living room
have satellite TV with CD/DVD/VCR combos.
There is a local telephone, washer and dryer in the unit, as well as an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer in the master bath. We also have bed rails and a new Graco pack 'n play available at no additional charge.
The large and very private deck has a tiki hut, gas BBQ grill, a new patio set with glass top table and umbrella and a chaise lounge for reading, sunning or just relaxing. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and toys and there is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand.
