Anna Maria Island is a seven mile long barrier island located on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Situated just one hour south of Tampa and 20 minutes  north of Sarasota. On the west side of the island is the Gulf of Mexico and on the eastern shore are Tampa and Sarasota Bays.
Holmes Beach is one of three small towns located on the island. Las Palmas, Brisas del Mar and Palmas de Coco are all located in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island.

From Tampa International Airport (TPA)
Take I275 South to St. Petersburg across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. After to bridge take exit #5 for US-19 South to Palmetto/Bradenton. Follow US-19 South to US-41 Business to Manatee Ave. (SR 64). Turn right onto Manatee Ave. (SR 64) and follow to Anna Maria Island. At Gulf Drive (SR 789) go right. Follow Gulf Dr. north to 81st Street. Turn left onto 81st Street and follow to end of street. House in on left side, 2 from the beach.
From Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ)
Take US-41 North to Bradenton. Turn left onto Cortez Road W. (SR 684) follow west to Anna Maria Island. Once across causeway turn right onto Gulf Drive (SR 789) and follow north to 81st Street. Turn left onto 81st Street and follow to end of street. House in on left side, 2 from the beach.
From Points North ~ I75
Follow I75 South to SR 64 West Exit. Take Manatee Ave (SR 64) west to Anna Maria Island. At Gulf Drive (SR 789) go right. Follow Gulf Dr. north to 81st Street. Turn left onto 81st Street and follow to end of street. House in on left side, 2 from the beach.
Directions to Brisas del Mar and Palmas de Coco...
Please follow directions to the island as described above. To reach the duplex, once on the island, follow Gulf Dr. (SR 789) north to Marina Dr. turn right onto Marina and follow north (Marina becomes Palm Dr.) to 81st Street. Turn right onto 81st Street. The duplex is located mid-block on the left side.
